My father, James D. Ayres, was a bomber pilot during WW II and I recently obtained his war records (he passed in 1993). In it are records of Ciriaco Tordiglione, born November 29, 1923 and the son of Vincenzo and Celesta who lived at 421 Hanover Street. He was the tailgunner on my dad's plane, I believe. When I found this, since we live in Walpole I had my husband google his name and we were shocked to find his obituary. My deep condolences on his loss. If this is in fact the same gentleman, his family is more than welcome to contact me as I have some documents and photos they might like to have when the time is right. My husband is related to the Pascuccis and Campanellas of E. Boston as well. Thank you and again, my condolences on the loss of this fine man.]]>Shared PhotosWed, 11 Mar 2015 07:15:45 EDTPhoto shared: P1340687a.JPG
