Obituary for William R. Toppi
William R. Toppi, 95 years of age, of Revere, passed away on Monday, October 3, 2016.
Cherished son of the late John and Anna (Cirini) Toppy. Beloved husband of the late Nancy C. (Napert) Toppi. Loving father of Madeleine Sitton and her husband Benjamin of OK, John D. Toppi of Revere, Sharon L. Healy and her husband William of NH, Susan M. Toppi of Revere and the late William J. Toppi, Michael P. Toppi and Carol A. Jones. Adored grandfather of 22, great-grandfather of 34 and great-great grandfather of 7. Caring brother of Josephine Toppy, Ann Buckovitch, Jayne Toppy, Barbara Mitchell and the late Irene Hennessey. Also survived by many loving nieces, nephews and cousins.
Family and friends will honor William’s life by gathering in Vazza’s “Beechwood” Funeral Home, 262 Beach St REVERE on Thursday, October 6th from 4PM to 8PM and again at 10AM on Friday morning before leaving in procession to St. Anthony’s Church in REVERE for a Funeral Mass to be celebrated in his honor at 11AM. Interment will follow at Puritan Lawn Memorial Park in Peabody, MA.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made in William’s name to Care Dimensions, 75 Sylvan St Suite B-102 Danvers, MA 01923.
