Condolence: To Rakia's family members,
I am the luckiest teacher in the world to have been able to have your beautiful daughter in my classroom for first grade. I will never forget her love for dance, music and Frozen leggings. She had the most magnificent smile. When Rakia was in my dance club, she would always take the lead and choreograph the most entertaining performances. Rakia gave the best hugs and was always so full of joy and happiness. She loved her family more than anything. She was also an incredible friend and classmate, always there to lend a helping hand. Her classmates will hold her memory in their hearts forever, as will I.

With love,

Brittany McCarthy
