Obituary for Phyllis Cerrone

Cerrone, Phyllis of East Boston, passed away on October 27, at the age of 97. Cherished daughter of the late Antonio and Francesca (Dragonetti) Cerrone. Dear sister of the late Prudence, Joseph, and Anthony Cerrone , Elena Conroy and Mary Spelladora. Also lovingly survived many nieces and nephews. Family and friends will honor Phyllis’s life by gathering in Vazza’s “Beechwood” Funeral Home, 262 Beach St., REVERE on Wednesday, November 1 from 4:00P.M. to 8:00P.M. and again on Thursday morning at 8:30 A.M. before leaving in procession to the Sacred Heart Church, 45 Brooks St., East Boston for a Funeral Mass in celebration of Phyllis’s life at 10:00A.M. Interment will follow in St. Patrick Cemetery, Stoneham. Phyllis was a devoted founding member of the Our Lady of Mount Carmel Arch Confraternity of Christian Mothers for many years. Phyllis retired as a Accounting manager from M.I.T. and General Electric Company East Boston.
